Cancellation and Refund policy

When booking or purchasing a service through In-Line K9, You agree that:

If service is cancelled by the client, without a minimum of 24 hours notice, a £10 cancellation/missed appointment fee is charged. This must be paid in advance to the next session should it be arranged for a later date, alongside the full service price.
This is not applicable to customers who have purchased the session in advance to their booking date

In regards to bulk purchased package sessions or services, this service is no longer refundable after the Initial Consultation has taken place.

All purchases are final and no refund will be issued

Inline-k9 can terminate services at any moment for any reason. Including but not limited to: verbal abuse to staff or others; physical abuse to staff, others or their animals; discrimination of any variety pertaining to gender, religion, sexual orientation, ect.
This will also lead to a permanent ban from acquiring services from the company in the future.

Inline-k9 reserves the right to cancel and rebook appointments due to adverse weather conditions such as heat waves, floods, but not limited to these.

Inline-k9 reserves the right to cancel if you dog is not fit and well upon the day of training.

Inline-k9 reserves the right to end a session early should the dog show any signs of stress, Sickness or not coping in the surroundings
